A Fort Worth native and River District resident, Laura Hamilton's knowledge and passion for her hometown has led her to be the go-to agent for all things 76114.
Laura graduated from TCU with a degree in Communications and Business. She admits that after college, she got into the real estate field on accident. “After graduating college I got my license just to have for fun. I never dreamed I would fall in love with real estate so much and that it would flourish into a career,” Laura shared, “I love setting goals for myself, helping client’s home dreams come true, and that every day is seriously something totally new to take on.”
As a resident of the River District, Laura has continued to witness the ongoing revitalization of the neighborhood which is one of the reasons she loves it so much. A few years ago Laura decided to call this neighborhood her home and has been fixing up her 1926 farmhouse cottage ever since. (Laura has fantastic style...we can't wait to see the final reveal!)
Laura's knowledge, insight, and love for the River District has allowed her to serve her clients in an unbeatable way.
"By pure luck, I made contact with Laura over the phone and had a preliminary discussion about my property. My experience with Laura was that she was prepared with market research and data supporting the real estate market. She was poised and knowledgeable, upbeat about the property's potential, and decisive about our next steps. I agreed with her recommendations and we moved forward with the listing. Laura initiated a strategy for the marketing of the home and we had a offer within approximately two weeks."
I will refer people to [Laura] and offer myself as a strong reference. This is the fifth home I have sold and this was by far my best experience. Laura is fun to work with, but always a consummate professional. I think she is remarkable."
-Socorro Road, Fort Worth Client
When Laura isn't out taking care of her clients, she loves taking road trips to the hill country on the weekends, spending time with her boyfriend and family...and her cat Penny, and posting up on some of the best Fort Worth patios--Shinjuku Station and Press Cafe.
Laura is on several local charity committees including the Cowtown Ball, an event that raises money for American Cancer Society, and Cookies and Castles, an event benefiting Cooks Children's Hospital.
Burt Ladner is thrilled to have Laura on our team as an agent, a friend, and our River District Aficionado!
