A Wish with Wings: Kitchens Tour 2018

A Wish with Wings™ began in 1982 as Texas’ first wish-granting agency. For more than 30 years, they have granted over 1,800 wishes to Texas children fighting life-threatening medical conditions. Health issues make life difficult, especially for young patients. AWWW donors and volunteers help bring happy moments to families in need of good news. They think of it as giving wishes wings.

A Wish with Wings is back for its 7th Annual Kitchens Tour on Saturday, November 17th 2018, from 10AM to 2PM, in the Ryan Place neighborhood of Fort Worth.

This year, our very own agent Karly Johnston, will be one of the kitchens featured on the tour! You can check out her blog here to find out more about her and why she is so passionate about the homes of Ryan Place.

University Car Wash... It's all in the details!

This is seriously not just any old car wash experience. University Car Wash is obsessed with customer service.  You will feel like you’re walking into a swanky café, with a Samantha Buon Girono GB, 5 ro System Cup Espresso machine (that’s a mouth full) brewing for the customers. Oh btw, the espresso is FREE! No I am not lying!  Peruse the beautiful stationary to choose from while you wait. Also pick up my Favorite Ryan Place candle!!

Need a venue? Pick BRIK! #NearSouthSide

It was my pleasure to meet Lynsie Blau the creator and visionary behind "Brik" venue!  Coming this spring, we will have a beautiful unique party house with a breathtaking view of Downtown Fort Worth.  "Brik" is located in the upcoming Near Southside part of this 817! Mic drop… Not yet.  I have a feeling I’m getting married again in the near future just so I can book this spot, Just kidding!

Tribe Alive! Hope is their message, fashion is their medium!

Tribe alive is an ingenious design company providing insanely stylish jewelry and accessories all while employing and empowering marginalized women. Goosebumps, anyone? The price point is affordable and the products are gorgeous. That's just the beginning, a company run by women, made it their mission to lift the burdens of impoverished women living in lands far far away! I could not be more proud of them!

Art House in So7!! #3403 #BLREisLocal

The “House of Art” is located in the Boss of all 817’ers  favorite part of town… the  So7 area!!!  I’m am especially excited about this stunning 2 bedroom 2.5 bath because this building rarely has any condos for sale. Granite counter tops, built in book shelves in the living area, custom quality kitchen cabinets, vaulted ceilings, DOWNTOWN FORT WORTH VIEW (no big deal).  You will be extremely impressed with the location of Art House being a prime setting in town that every 76107’er would love to call home. Take a walk to Trinity Park or Grab a drink at Chuys, better yet, walk across the street to the Montgomery Plaza  and make a Starbucks coffee part of your daily routine!

Burrr... need Fur! #Protea_Fur #BabyIt'sColdOutside #FurSeason

I sell high-end investment furs that need proper storage and can be passed down for generations, to the fun, multi-colored vests and accessories that you can throw on anytime. I really do believe there is a fur for every occasion. My favorites are definitely the cashmere capes with fox trim. They are classic, timeless and versatile. Not to mention warm! Of course, the easy, light-weight vests you can wear with yoga pants or a nice dress and boots fill my closet. Lastly a nice mink or fox coat for those holiday parties or vacations to cold destinations.
